great location quiet atmosphere good addition insecure door ineffective air conditioning limited light

the location offers immediate access to the city center yet maintains a quiet atmosphere i found this balance really good the coffee shop within the hotel provided great coffee and pastries i found it a good addition the staff members were consistently friendly and ready to assist with any questions i had

the door to my room required extra effort to close properly it would not shut securely without pulling it firmly the air conditioning in the room was not very effective maintaining a comfortable temperature proved challenging the natural light within the room was limited it felt somewhat dim even during the day

the hotel's central location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions i found many restaurants within easy walking distance the room was spacious and well-kept i liked the comfortable beds that gave restful nights after long days.

the hotel bar had a really good selection of wines. (i even tried a champagne i had never heard of!) the breakfast buffet was also pretty good. i found the selection varied and the wait staff attentive. i especially appreciated how they accommodated a minor issue with my initial room.

the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. it struggled to cool the room down sufficiently. also, the minibar wasn't restocked twice . this was a little inconvenient (but not a major issue).
